Sinless dessert. Packed with antioxidants and magnesium goodness!
INGREDIENTS (for 2 servings):
1.5 Frozen Avocados, ripe, defrosted
3 tbsp Organic Cacao Powder
3 tbsp Greek Yogurt
2 tbsp milk of your choice
2 tbsp Honey (or more, if you want to soften cacao’s distinctive taste)
2 tsp Psyllium Husk
Cinnamon Powder, optional
Chocolate Chip for sprinkles, optional
Defrost avocado by moving it from the freezer to the fridge 1 hour in advance.
(Remember that avocado turns brown quickly).
Put all ingredients in a heavy-duty blender.
Set speed at 3.
Halfway, lower speed to 2, then 1. Aim for a thick and gooey end result.
Transfer to mini dessert cups or ramekins with the help of a long-handled spoon. Sprinkle with cinnamon powder and chocolate chip if preferred.
